Guest newbornlife Posted January 25, 2011 Report Posted January 25, 2011 In this topic I try to give an overview of the available different versions/models of the ZTE Blade on the Market. Feel free to contribute to this thread if you know any more names/models with their details. Also, please feel free to correct any mistakes. They are posted in this order: Carrier (Country): ModelName ‘Related Links’ only contain links to carrier webshops or technical specifications. Orange (UK): San Francisco (Older Batches with Grey color)Orange (France): Tactile Internet 2Bouygues Telecom (France): ZTE Blade(Not 100% Sure) Ok,- Mobile (Switzerland): ZTE San Francisco The very first version of the Blade. Currently the most common version and most ROMs are based on this model. This Blade features an AMOLED screen, 512MB RAM and 512MB ROM and a 3.2MP camera without flash. It ships with Android 2.1 Éclair installed. Related Links: http://shop.orange.co.uk/mobile-phones/San...-Orange-in-grey the current Orange and Argos websites in the specifications say it has 150MB internal memory unlike the description above. Has anyone fiddled with that and see if it is unlockable as in other models? cheers
Guest Giuliano69 Posted January 25, 2011 Report Posted January 25, 2011 Hi... I tried serarching in the forum for other ZTE version, than the UK one http://android.modaco.com/index.php?act=Se...Hungary+Austria But I canno find such information. I found in Germany the ZTE Lutea, bu seems only linked to a prepay contract... Which are the name to search for the zte blade "brothers" in Europe? Guest masldasl Posted January 25, 2011 Report Posted January 25, 2011 They had it in Austria, at YESSS!, but it's not on their site anymore. Orange Austria sells the OSF too. Unfortunately with contract only. http://www.orange.at/Content.Node/handys_s...co/features.php
Guest Giuliano69 Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 Orange Austria sells the OSF too. Unfortunately with contract only. http://www.orange.at/Content.Node/handys_s...co/features.php I tried on ORange France but it seems to sell only with a contract (pour valider votre panier, vous devez sélectionner une offre avec votre mobile ) The big problem for the forum, i think, is to find a way to buy the ZTE in Europe. Often the situation is to buy the phone from a country, and to have it delivered in another... and with a telephone operator website this is not possible.. Any more solutions to try ?
