Need Help Unbricking Streak

I downgraded my streak from 02 2.1 to 1.6 but in the process my streak got bricked. I plugged it into the computer and it does try to install qdl drivers. I dont know where to go from here. I would really appreciate some help unbricking my streak!

try streak flash and install driver for qualcomm chip. it will be ok here the link help u can recover yr streak

I keep getting an error message when running QDLTool

Wait for ADB device .........

ERROR[D2]: wait ADB fastboot mode timeout!

Please check that device is exist and driver is properly installed.

Ok after a night of having the battery out I tried turning it on. It now gets stuck at the dell logo sign. I also cant get into fastboot or recocvery, if anyone could help me I'd be extremely greatful.
