Guest pdej Posted December 10, 2010 Report Posted December 10, 2010 I wasn't impressed at all with the way Pixmania handled my order and cancelled it without asking me, but after a complaint to the CEO at DSG, Curry's have agreed to honour the Pixmania price for me - I of course had to provide them with all my order details at Pixmania and Currys/PC World to show how bad their service has been - particularly Pixmania.

With the hundreds of thousands of clients over 26 European countries trying to order in time for Christmas, stock levels vary depending on the product and we do our best to ensure that this information is up to date on our website. The dates we give you for reshipment are given to us direct from the manufacturer. Any delays are updated on the website. If you should have any enquiries at all , whether it is regarding the stock levels of the Vega, or the delivery time frames which are somewhat disturbed due to bad weather conditions.
