Unlocking with fastgsm issue

I have an I8000l with one of shadow angels 6.5.3 roms, and am trying to unlock it with fastgsms omap tool. However I can't get it to accept the *#9090# code needed in the instructions. I'm wondering if it might be the sense dialer stopping this. If so is there an option other than reflashing the phone to fix this?

Woke up this morning, and flopped back to stock rom and got the codes to work and unlocked. Problem solved.
