My dell streak No recovery. I'm installing clockworkmode recovery via Fastboot . Once the device says. ' download recovery done! ' . but pressing and holding both volume up and down while holding the power button. device only logo dell . I hold and wait ten minutes not appear .

I am guessing here. You are saying that after the fast recovery is done, you are pressing the power and the volume button and waiting for the dell logo....

After the recovery is done you have to pull the battery to power down and then put the battery back and then press the power + volume button to get the update option
