Once the device says. ' download recovery done! ' . but pressing and holding both volume up and down while holding the power button. device only logo dell . I hold and wait ten minutes not appear . I am guessing here. You are saying that after the fast recovery is done, you are pressing the power and the volume button and waiting for the dell logo....
