I can't seem to get a data connection. Still using the same baseband as 1.4.6 and it auto loads my APN info, just no connection. Any ideas?

EDIT: lol @ small lock screen

EDIT2: Nevermind I'm getting texts now. Just not showing the icon.

EDIT3: Wait - still no data, but I can get texts.

couldn't get 3g/gprs to work either

at first boot the screen size was cropped, so that i couldnt enter my sim-pin :)

but if it boots up, it's really fast. will play with it tomorrow :)

My companies password protected wifi didn't work either, but luckily, we have a public one as well that works. Was able to sync my google account that way.

Seems like the 3 buttons stay lit up no matter what as well.

installed like a charm, eventually loaded but now its upside down (if i turn my phone round the screen moves with it) i think the accelometer is backward some how?????

I think u need to go to settings>display>turn auto rotate off...as steve mentioned in the first post...

Steve! Again, can't thank you enough and tell you what great work you are doing.

Downloaded the ZIP file. Renamed and put it on SD card.

Restarted in Recovery mode

Flashed the new CM Rom

Restarted again in Recovery Mode and did factory reset

Rebooted

And I am now running CM6 Alpha1.

It did went crazy about showing the first message about setting up. I could not even select any option but then rebooted it again and it seems to be okay now.

EDIT----------

My Bad spoke to soon. Wifi is scanning .. so no wifi

Will try setting up email and rest.

Will keep you all in loop...

the wifi just says..scanning....connecting,,,scanning....connecting...lol

it remembers my password for wifi but doesnt connect to it...

oh btw did I tell you...amazing work steve...on both cm6 and MIUI(which I tested out today as well)...

Ringtones don't seem to be working. You can select them or whatever, but they aren't going off. Don't know if it's audio all together or just ringtones.

Couple more things:

1. The LEDs does not seem to turn off even if you press lock key.

2. When you press the lock key, that unlocking swipe screen is tiny

I got the Data connection to work but it didn't stay for long.
