I present a small taste of Gingerbread before the real deal. This time around you can install via clockwork recovery which seems to be easiest for all. Download gingerbread146v1.zip to the root of your sdcard.

Boot into clockwork recovery (hold vol + and vol - then power on select option 2).

Select option to install zip from sdcard.

Select option choose zip from sdcard.

Select gingerbread146v1.zip and begin install

Back out to the main screen and reboot system.

First boot will take a bit after installing zip.

Just a heads up before flashing, Quikt is currently fixing the only bug known with this mod and thats the black menu/text after flashing. Check XDA.

Thanks Tina!!! Would you be able to post his transparent one here too would be great. Im using it now but only works when using LiveWallpaper but still looks good.
