Hi Guys,

just when u think youve got the handle on everything, a problem comes along that u just cant figure out, even one that seems simple.

This has only happened since the update to 2.1, afaik.

When i play an MP3 and once the phone screen goes off the file will stop playing about 30 seconds later.

This hapens no mater what file player i use.

This does not hapen when listening to the FM radio.

Do i need to adjust somthing in the system settings? surley this is somthing simple (ehm)!

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

With regards above, when i look at my lock screen, just below the Time date etc. there are now 2 scrolling bars showing me that i have 2 different mp3s playing, when there is nothing playing, they were the last tracks i palyed using different media players. they only dissapear when i power down, but will come back when i play somthing.

I dont recall it doing this on v1.6.

Ive been LG faqs but can not find a solution to this problem. I have to keep the screen activated because if the screen switches off any playing track will stop shortly after.

Thanks again, any recomendations would be apppreciated.

Only if screen went off?

I think u use a task killer. it kills the process' :)

solutions:

1) uninstall the task killer

or 2) add your media/music player to "ignor"-list by the task killer
