Just did a factory reset. I'll report if everything is fixed.

Edit: still no gps and browser fc but other included browser is working. Any suggestions?

i also tried wipeing and installing and factory rest and i got the same thing

gps works here so try checking its enabled in settings and try a factory reset

Same thing. It was enabled and still down after a factory reset. Any other tips?

BTW, just noticed that not even AGPS works. I just checked APNs and they are fine.

There's still a 45 FPS lock, atleast in quadrant

edit:

when going to settings->sound->volume, it FCs... But now atleast I can hear previes for the sounds :)

DOn't have sound when recieving SMSs!!! It just vibrates

I had to chose other sound (not the same as in 1.4.6), press done, and than revert back to the wanted sound and now I have sound when recieving SMSs

I'm also seeing the browser fc.

And one not reported as yet is a fc on going to brightness.

This was just with going from 1.4.6 to 1.5 (no factory reset)

Question Stephen, am loving all your work, am currently on your 1.1.1 which is great... have been holding off on your latest builds as I'm on an O2 baseband and am unsure whether to flash a new baseband to do it in case it causes probs with signal etc. What is your take on that please? I think the O2 release is due next week, should I hold on a bit longer?

im on o2 and have no probls with signal on newer bb.

gps fix is gonna get intergrated shortly to zips too - browser fix is in the update. any rebelsim users want to test gps please

ok update zip updated again. 3rd time lucky, only updated the newbaseband zip as its only one that will have issues so far

Just tried again with the new zips. Same problem, no gps and no network location :) I mean, not the 3rd ones. Let me try those too.

Hmmm... actually the newer one wasn't in the mirror. May I suggest you name them differently (maybe 1.5.0-1 or soething like that)?
