Are there any wm car mode apps?

A google search turned up nothing so I'm guessing that's my answer, but just wanted to ask.

Like here. It works in both portrait and landscape.

I assume it's a function that you turn on once you dock it in your car when you're driving. Looks to be very useful.

I don't see the point of the software except for launching programs with really big buttons, but the program that can be launched is so limited that way. I'd rather prefer to have some simple launcher, like SPB Pocket Plus, and then just launch whatever program I like, much more practical.
