Go from 00-EU to an official O2 UK version of 2.2

Hi,

Could anyone please advise me on the easiest way to go from 00-EU back to a O2 version so I can get the O2 2.2 froyo release ?

I am currently on

GAUSB1A130900-EU

2.6.32.9-perf

Build 11548

the simplier/safest way would be best please

I think u cud just download the file...put it in the root of ur sd card as update.pkg and boot into recovery...then install...

build 11548 emans u are on 2.2 already right??..the 309 version...

flash stock.new.recovery.img (which is a 2.1) linked in the official o2 thread

stick the 319 pkg as update.pkg on the sdcard

flash it through recovery,

let it boot

you'll notice that baseband and some other bits haven't been flashed, nor has it factory reset.

so

reboot into recovery (its the 319 version now)

run the update.pkg again..

leave it for quite a while and watch it flash properly this time including a factory wipe
