I haven't experienced it cuz I applied an invisible shield cover. On my first streak which i had to return for a warranty exchange,i peeled off the back invisible shield covers and dell logo still started on.. What's wrong with peeling it off completely, does it look bad or you just want it thee? Also since it's metal I assume it'd.be easy to sand down and paint a different color. Will have to wait for it to do it on its own I guess. Id like to get it spray painted a different colour. Thats a good idea... If you really want it off, try taking the back off and holding over a pot of boiling water? Try and steam it off... I know the glue isn't that strong.
