Guest marcusbywind Posted December 20, 2010 Report Posted December 20, 2010 I have a omnia i8000 and have done several updates roms until you find one who really liked about 4 days after installing the rom that I liked the phone no longer recognized by computer the message "USB device not recognized" I tried to change settings: disable advanced mode I tried to read memory and change nothing I tried on several computers cable and therefore should not be charging the battery does have a solution? it happens on all computers and not just one the problem is in the cel, i think I try to reflash my phone but how to do that without connection to computer unfortunately does not detect. octans don't see. is that who made this rom can help me?

Guest Posted December 21, 2010 Report Posted December 21, 2010 If Octan's doesn't detect it then you are really screwed, because the ROM doesn't have anything to do there, the bootloader is the thing that connects to the program. Have you flashed an Eboot also? Does it charge using the wall charger?

I also flashed eboot but it's been awhile. and charge, works both on the wall or usb does it have any way to do flash eboot, and not use octans? or without connecting with computer?
