Trying to find other devices that use the PDMI connection is like trying to find proof of life on mars.

But i'm sure ive just discovered another species. Its called the HP eStation All-in-one printer. This printer comes with a small(but useless) tablet thats detachable from the printer itself. So as i was browsing through my local Staples, i decided to see what/how this thing works... Simply it docks into the printer using what can only be described as a PDMI connector.

Pics are below, make of it what ever you wish...

(sorry for bad lighting/angles, wasnt equipped with a camera good enough)

i may be wrong... but i think the salient point of this thread "look maybes we can buy cheap pdmi cables from this device" rather than any kudos or not RE the printer/tablet pcitured...

i'm keen to do the usb host support mod... but not so much i'd butcher an oem cable, so this could be a good option
