Guest Rogersstreak Posted December 22, 2010 Report Share Posted December 22, 2010 Hi there, I am totally new to android and decided to let my brother root my phone to try and put the 2.2 update on is as I am a canadian customer and my phone is locked to rogers. he couldnt figured it out and told me that he unrooted it and it went back to normal. I have been using it for the last week and it has worked fine. earlier today I powered the device off and left it to charge. when I went to turn it back on it is stuck on the Dell logo and I cannot get it to do anything and I don't know what to do. Is there anyway to get the update.pkg file to put it back to normal?? please help!
