Urgent Help Needed

Hi i've done factory reset, but it has removed all my installed apps from the main menu but they are still on the SD card which i've reinstalled from but my problem is how do i get the Garmin icon back up onto the menu, it works ok from the .exe file but would rather have easy access to it. Please help as i'm trying to sell the phone and said it came with this.

Hi,

make a shortcut of this exe and put it in \Windows\Startmenu\Programs .
