Hi

Personnaly, I had not problem of reboot after my first install. And a day I can't use internet browser without reboot.

To solve it, I've modified : settings / applications / manage applications / all / browser / clear options

After no problem...

Hi,

thanks for that, when you say clear options. Do you mean Cache, or Data, or Both?

Cheers

Hi,

@Roggin Very good work ! Thx you.

I'm testing LCR-F 2.0, I will test next version when battery drain and camcoder will be fixed.

I'm very insteresting by this ROM, wich provide an amazing acceleration (gingerbread), a lot of good ideas and parameters (Cyanogen) and to resume : I feel like I have a new phone !

If you can't find some applications in market (for me, tweetdeck), you can go to this page and download the new gapps (Universal-DPI). You can flash it from recovery (beware, NANDROID first). Now you will have the firstrun screen (which was missing in v0.2). I had a few FC of market and gmail: the Market ones will solve themselfs after one or two, but the gmail ones will not. In the latter case, I just removed gmail app using Titanium backup, and the reinstalled it downloading it from market. Now all is working good ;)

Hope this will be usefull for someone else.

Waiting, as all of you, for next roggin release!!!

Absolutely!

This "unlocked" the synchronization of all my old (FroYo) apps, that weren't installed on this rom automatically after I upgraded from previous ROM (one of the Froyo Leaked).

Thank you so much!

Another glitch I found: when a random reset of the phone occours:

- sometimes it won't restart. Only solution to reboot is remove the battery

- sometimes at restart 3G network is enabled, and the relative flag (use 2G only) in settings is unflagged, even if I've had flagged it before.

Without the random reboots during web surfing (ok, disable JIT has reduced the occurrence this phenomena a lot, but it's still there waiting ;) ) this ROM would be perfect. After 5 days testing version 0.2 no other problems have surfaced (of course, videocamera not working, but it's known).

Have you tried to empty the browser cache when a reboot occours? In my case this trick reduces the reboots (but didn't solve them)

Yes, I had, and the problem has reduced a lot. But still remains. It seems to me it happens when apps access Internet functionality.

Anxiously waiting Roggin's fix ;)

The reboot problem not only occurs when opening the browser, but also when open other apps. The ones I've tested that caused reboots:

- Native browser

- Dolphin HD browser

- Hyper Jump (game)

- Appbrain Market app

Hope this info helps roggin, macau_, koudella, phh, thepasto, and others who are dealing with this problems, a very big thank you to them!

so dumb and naive...

Aren't you that guy that got banned 2-3 times for a couple of months ago?

OnT:

Now when I can see that v0.2 is quite stable and that the battery drain is pretty good... I guess it's worth giving another try!

*edit*

So far I can say this:

ADW Launcher is a piece of crap, please, don't include it in the next update x) Or include both ADW and LauncherPro.

Smooth.

With ADW, everything lagged, when I installed LauncherPro instead I got rid of all the lags.

Even market is quite fast.

Haven't tried browser yet, but last time with 0.1 I could use the stock browser without random reboots. So I hope I'm that lucky this time aswell.

Can't say anything about batterylife yet.

So far it's way better than 2.2 ;)

This problem has already been resolved by a kernel patch. I just think roggin has not released a updated boot.img that includes that patch yet.

I think we are all waiting for roggin's next release with the reboot fix, but it's better not to put so much anxiety on him because he's busy with his studies and life. Don't put too much pressure on him, please ;)
