Guest vikings123 Posted December 27, 2010 Report Posted December 27, 2010 Thanks for all your work roggin, you're the best. +1 Roggin, go get your degree ASAP. Did anyone ever tell you what PHD means? To a man, PHD means "Permanent Head Damage". To a woman, PHD means "Push ur Husband to be a Doctor." But don't worry. You will be a really brilliant MIT doctor. Thanks again for your work.
Guest kristophe Posted December 27, 2010 Report Posted December 27, 2010 Hi all, To disable Haptic Feedback (Touch buttons) I've tested and works fine : Root explorer or adb method sys\module\avr\parameters\ change 1 to 0. save changes.

(Wifi and USB?) Graphics? Overclock? Is there any way to get apps2sd (ext2 partition) working on this ROM? EDIT: WELL DONE GUYS! Edited December 27, 2010 by HustlinDaily
Guest MrVanes Posted December 27, 2010 Report Posted December 27, 2010 Can anyone tell me on top of what bin (and thus radio) the final ROM has to be flashed over? 4.002.14?
Guest snootched Posted December 27, 2010 Report Posted December 27, 2010 Can anyone tell me on top of what bin (and thus radio) the final ROM has to be flashed over? 4.002.14? That bin should work OK. I'm on 4.002.14 release, and so far so good.
Guest split2th Posted December 27, 2010 Report Posted December 27, 2010 Hi all, Good news. Wifi is totally fixed. :( But I will go home for some reason two days. ;) So, I will release wifi fix the day after tomorrow. Next is camera. Thanks. LOL. You guys are amazing. I don't even care about the camera on this phone, it's a piece of crap as far as I'm concerned. I try to keep my Canon with me most times. And can I give a big credit to Andrea, don't worry, all of the cool people on this forum recognize your great work. CDT What!!! OK, so when do we get Gingerbread OC, lol.

Absolutely nothing by the lake here... but with the camera, it is a pos, but.. comes in handy for barcode/goggles and other cooler apps :( Edit: also, yes.. HUGE thanks to Andrea1Liquid for work on this rom as well! Thanks to all who make any contributions to this community, and make our devices stretch that much further day to day! You are lucky, because you dont live in Finland. Here in Finland is about half of meter snow and minus 30 degrees celcius. :( And good luck for devs with gingerbread!

Guest sunshine333 Posted December 27, 2010 Report Posted December 27, 2010 Hey roggin, where are you in Taiwan? Which school? I live in Hsinchu. Who's tried this rom so far? How's the stability? Happy holidays everyone!
Guest snootched Posted December 27, 2010 Report Posted December 27, 2010 Hey roggin, where are you in Taiwan? Which school? I live in Hsinchu. Who's tried this rom so far? How's the stability? Happy holidays everyone! aside from the known issues (previous in thread) stability seems to be OK. Battery drain is a bit higher than normal - haven't looked at why yet. On liquid E there are a few more problems like graphics in some games, and not all memory is addressable. Otherwise - I've been on it for a day or two - I'm liking it.
