dell streak hard reset by itself!!!urgent need help guys

i updated from att 1.6 to 1.5.1 no problem....now my phone hard reset by itself at least 2x in 3 days,everything is gone thankfully i have a previous backup from dell and titanium.sometimes reset and stock on dell logo with writings thats says error you need to send this device for debugging.at first i was very nervous i thought my streak broke(i mean no way to fix it) so i turn it off and turn it on again and booted fine but everything is gone(reset).my questions is?

Is this normal or its just me?

BTW i had installed adw ex and i was using custom theme from adw....maybe this triggers the hard reset and error with dell logo?

pls i really need help..im tired of installing app over and over again..
