camera request 10MB Memory?

Yesterday when I press the camera suddenly appear a massage said that camera request 10MB memory (main memory). Is it normally? and what the problem? Is it all of you be like that?

I have the same problem, I can't use the camera right now

apparently the problem is fixed when you delete or uninstall things that are on the system partition (ie not on my storage or sd card)
