S2U2 Constant Lock-Up

I really like S2U2 for it's functionality and loock however whenever I install it, it starts to lock my phone up every second! The only way to stop this is for me to get to the S2U2 folder as quckly as I can (constantly unlocking and trying to moving to the folder before the next lock-up) and turn it off.

It behaved like this with my original ROM and didn't behave this way initially after I'd flashed my ROM but now it's started up again. Any ideas why this keeps locking my screen every second? What's happening here?

I found this also, in my case occurs after missed call and notification. Sometimes its possible to unlock the phone after long-press lock button (upper right side) when it goes to standby mode i think.

TBH thats the only thing Im starting to hate about S2U2, some patch would be really nice.
