Guest Lymer Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 Your link doesnt work dude. I assume you mean this: http://android.modaco.com/content/zte-blad...-the-zte-blade/ Sorry, it was late at night. That's the one
Guest phlum Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 I prefer to have 'screen orientation' turned off as I hate walking down the street and the screen constantly rotating...is there a video player (outside of youtube) that plays videos automatically in full screen WITH screen orientation turned off? If you mean for local videos, RealPlayer is your best bet. A few questions o' my own: First (silly): How many of you own an Android plush? Second (not silly): Is it best to completely charge your phone before applying a new ROM? Third (ttly not silly): When do I delete the contacts stuff for JJ9? Before flashing the ROM or after?

Guest HMZX Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 Got a replacement OLED phone instead of my tft ( yaaaaay ) I want to ask all the people who got a replacement did you get a complete phone with all the stuff with it ( battery, sd card and cable? If you dont get that, can you complain and get them? Or do u have to live with it? Thanks in advance ANYONE?????
Guest thedandyp Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 ANYONE????? I Swapped the main body of my phone with the courier, I kept the original box and all accessories, including the back/battery cover, sim card and sd card, the only thing they replaced was the actual phone. This was done via online though, not instore. Phlum-Cheers for the suggestion, Realplayer works like a charm.
Guest rbbrslmn Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 If I go scuba diving, will my blade work underwater?
Guest thedandyp Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 If I go scuba diving, will my blade work underwater? No, fish are known to cause interferference to 3g signals.
Guest FrankieADZ Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 If I go scuba diving, will my blade work underwater? Yes :) of course they will
Guest wolverine73 Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 No, fish are known to cause interferference to 3g signals. Although Swordfish actually like the Blade's styling - there's a gag there somewhere i'm sure of it

Guest The Soup Thief Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 Couple of questions 1st one I asked elsewhere but never got a reply If I make a backup with clockwork or sebs recovery manager can I copy the recovery folder from within the clockwork folder on the SD card to another phone's SD card and then restore to that recovery file on the second phone? 2nd - rhetorical - why doesn't everyone use FTP to wirelessly transfer stuff from their PC to phone? No need to muck about with data cables - just use SwiFTP or similar
Guest zuti Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 Here is one stupid question: how do I set black wallpaper? Everywhere. Black. Nothing. No wallpaper at all. Simple task but I am failing miserably

OR just make something in paint on your pc and fill it with the colour black and transfer it to your phone

Guest FrankieADZ Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 anyone know if rom manager works on the san fran?
Guest adamguest1985 Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 Anyone know which APK from the stock rom is the video player? music is "music.apk" but i can't find a "video.apk" or anything remotely similar...
Guest HMZX Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 anyone know if rom manager works on the san fran? yep, worked for me
Guest Rotmann Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011 Regarding the error message what would I have to do if I have to wipe it, would I have to wipe the ROM then reinstall again or is it just something else I need to wipe without needing to do anything to the ROM. Thanks  If you recovered system apps, installing without wiping will do. If you installed the ROM without wiping and still get errors, wipe and install. They are talking about NANDROID BACKUP - how do i make one? I tried to search in the market vor this app but ih could not find one. Or do they mean a Backup via Clockwork? regards Thank you! Yes. First (silly): How many of you own an Android plush? Second (not silly): Is it best to completely charge your phone before applying a new ROM? Third (ttly not silly): When do I delete the contacts stuff for JJ9? Before flashing the ROM or after? 1. no 2. it's recommended because you would not have to do the recalibration thingy. 3. if you flashed the JJ9 with wipe there is no need to do that. If you are upgrading from JJ8, after.
