Guest Pq2son2
Hi, sorry mate, but I think that it's not possible. The reason? if you download the rom you will see that the default size of the system partition is bigger than our partition.

Guest twrock
http://solomobi.com/product-4490.html A 'droid which wants to be an iphone. Odd. Back in the day, when I was still using Palm products, I created an iPhone laucher clone for ZLauncher. I really do like the consistent look of the icons in iOS. But since the actual iPhone icons are copyrighted, I had to create a new one for every app. Way too much work for me, but I did learn a lot, and I was pleased with the final results. So I guess I would like to see a really good looking, consistent icon set like this for my Android launcher. But it's all a matter of personal taste. (And I don't want an iPhone.) Guest sentroy
An offtopic question: Been really looking for this kind of launcher, just wondering if someone would be able to help me make it run on the pulse.

The MIUI Icons is iOS like and really good looking. http://www.droidforums.net/forum/team-d1-m...emed-icons.html An offtopic question: Been really looking for this kind of launcher, just wondering if someone would be able to help me make it run on the pulse. The similar launche is the ADW Fork (MIUI like looking) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=845376 but the best thing would be the port MIUI Launcher, but it is for his port taken no one wanted, and he seems like the sense attached to the framework-res. PS sorry for bad english. use google translate Edited January 14, 2011 by anarkill
Guest sentroy
Ye, I had a look thru the apk. Installing it failed and pushing it in also failed. Tried pushing the framework-res.apk on my phone, bootlooped.
Guest Pulseuser1
There is some work going on, on this MIUI ROM for the Htc Hero : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread...935&page=40 Since the HTC heros Roms are usually edited so that the port will work n our phones, then maybe we could do the same for this MIUI ROM The work on the ROM has not fully finished because they need some Devs to help them but they've finished all the work with the png images so that it will work on any MDPI screens like our pulse's ;)

Guest sentroy
Well my main focus is getting the launcher over to the pulse, made some progress. - Decompiled the apk, changed the android version to 2.2 (I'm running CM). Need to go thru file by file, see if I can get a hint of what files are needed by the apk. I will also try to merge the frameworks, as "anarkill" pointed out the graphics seems lodged in there instead of the apk (which contains sense-graphics :S) If I'm lucky and make it run, might even continue porting the rest of the framework( and other things), wish me luck ;) EDIT: Forgot this was a community (I'm such a douche), if anyone wants the files that I've got so far I'll gladly send them to you(or host them somewhere). And anything useful will be posted (working apk etc..), so don't worry about that. Edited January 14, 2011 by sentroy

Well if we could get some Devs from here to download the file and take a look at the ROM then maybe we could still have a chance with it ;) But i dont which Devs would like to work on it :/
Guest twrock
Ye, I had a look thru the apk. Installing it failed and pushing it in also failed. Tried pushing the framework-res.apk on my phone, bootlooped. Minimally, I copied the icons out of the APK onto my SD card to that I can replace individual icons in ADW Launcher with the MUIU ones. Not as nice as the full app, but they are still usable.
