This is a last resort since the other threads and such havent really helped me. ;) Forgot to mention, what RUUs am i ment to use? Bravo or Ace? Guest Wild Child Posted January 16, 2011 Report Share Posted January 16, 2011 (edited) If your goldcard is done correctly, I have uploaded the PD98IMG.zip,remove from name of zip .132.405.3, leave PD98IMG, copy zip to card,boot or reboot device,hold power and volume down button enter bootloader....itll flash correctly if you have an unbranded device....Once it flashes, check for software update and update to 1.32.405.6, then root as usual WC I have a goldcard and ive tried several RUUs can any one help me? What version of the rom are you on?? tried that it came up with this: Main Version is older! Update Fail! Press <Power> to reboot. Guest Wild Child Posted January 16, 2011 Report Share Posted January 16, 2011 (edited) ok....youll have to use this guide to try to downgrade...your gold card may not be working either...i had issues getting one working using mmc1 as said to be used...have to use mmc2 when making the goldcard. Also when i power off my phone and try to boot to loader screen it doesnt work unless i take my battery out, whys this? This is really frustrating, I created the goldcard, did this: adb push psneuter /data/local/tmp adb push misc_version /data/local/tmp adb shell chmod 777 /data/local/tmp/psneuter adb shell chmod 777 /data/local/tmp/misc_version adb shell /data/local/tmp/psneuter adb shell cd /data/local/tmp ./misc_version -s 1.31.405.6 Copied PD98IMG.zip to the SDcard, reobooted into recovery mode and it doesn't work! On the HBOOT screen, I see: Loading PD98DIAG.zip Not found Loading PD98DIAG.nbh Not found Loading PD98IMG.zip Not found Loading PD98IMG.nbh Not found Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.
