QN: Singapore latest rom (JE4?)

Hi, I am new to this rom flashing business. I went to the sc and was told my warranty expired by a month so I can't get free upgrades anymore. I was also informed that the latest rom is JE4. I can find JC4 links here but not for JE4. Can anyone provide me the links please? Thanks.

I am in Singapore and my current settings are:

CSC: I8000XSOJA2

PHONE: I8000DXJA1
