Guest xondrax Posted May 22, 2011 Report Posted May 22, 2011 I think that there is a few guys without interest for Honeycomb on ZTE Blade :P Maybe guys from ZTE
Guest iNoobz2Droid Posted May 22, 2011 Report Posted May 22, 2011 why they wouldn't? I bet custom roms are a big part of success the blade got. All they need to do is upping hardware capabilities of following android products and they'll be fine :P
Guest sharksterpr Posted May 22, 2011 Report Posted May 22, 2011 Hi Guys im in the process of installing now i have wiped my zte blade, and flashed the rom it completed however when i reboot its stuck on the green android. How can i get past this? :P

Guest daleretto Posted May 24, 2011 Report Posted May 24, 2011 How is a process? Can we expect a gen2 version?
Guest Jetba Posted May 24, 2011 Report Posted May 24, 2011 Do you have gen 1 or 2 device? also, you might try redownloading and flashing. I am not expert, but these just came to my mind.

Guest hecatae Posted May 24, 2011 Report Posted May 24, 2011 if you are not an expert then stay on ur eggs! the release alpha 5 is just for gen1! we are waiting for a gen2 release... current gen2 image has no working touchscreen, and no working sensors, I cant release it to screams of frustration. :P

Well the last gen1 alpha can't make or receive calls or texts so I don't think it's recommended for use as a phone really :P
Guest jeddy1 Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 well there has been a delay as the upgrade from 3.0 to 3.1 and gen1 to gen2 is not without issues... might try the 2.6.35 kernel as a test release as well nothing new yet i guess yepp!!? how´s going ;)?
Guest jeddy1 Posted July 3, 2011 Report Posted July 3, 2011 How's the GEN 2 version going? with issues :)
Guest bhf Posted July 3, 2011 Report Posted July 3, 2011 Why bother, anyway? The next Google Nexus Phone will have a HD-ready display, 1280x720 px. This will be the end for porting Ice Cream Sandwich to displays with lower resolution.
Guest ThermalDroid Posted July 4, 2011 Report Posted July 4, 2011 Am I the only one who know that Android 2.4 is still called gingerbread? >.<

Guest hecatae Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 if we a re doing things alphabetically you got your I and H the wrong way round :) just following K0zmic's I Cream Sammy version numbering
Guest ThermalDroid Posted July 7, 2011 Report Posted July 7, 2011 Wouldn't this port now be better suited for the Skate? Since honeycomb on a 4.3 inch screen might be a tiny bit easier on the eyes? Obviously we need to wait for someone to actually get one;]
Guest Taptap1 Posted July 7, 2011 Report Posted July 7, 2011 Ice Cream Sandwich should be 4.0 (we had this so many times) :) . It brings together tablets and smartphones. So it has a double name.
