Mutitasking problem, how to solve?

the most common example is when I run music, and use opera, music shuts down! when music is main, opera just automaticly closes.

this is REALLY annoying. is it part of the dreaded (memory problems)? a phone shouldn't be doing this. how can it be sloved?

As you already suggest yourself, this isn't a problem with multitasking (WM is actually quite good at that) but a problem with memory management. The only workaround is to install a custom ROM with more free RAM.

I tryed auto close patch and it works a little better. I am using Romnia and I like things like the touch player and the vol button expanding when you turn on touch player or FM radio.... other Roms do not offer that. i would like something, like Romniav3, but with less programs.

Omnia 2 can do very easily multi tasking...Best example...using resco pocket radio, while chatting on palringo, often opening web pages with UC Browser.

If you are using TouchPlayer, look in options, and uncheck "Pause playback while using another program"

This should do it.

that was unchecked already. with the patchs suggested by members it seems to work alittle better. is their a rom simular to Romnia v3? with less stuff?
