Media Only ROM Request / Need?

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone was considering making a Media-Only ROM? ie: It would launch a Media Player / Video Player and couldn't run anything else. I was thinking if I'm not using my Omnia II anymore (Sorry, but I went to WP7!) It would make an AWESOME media player for my kids with 32+GB of storage.

Let me know what you think. Or even if there is a way to accompish what I'm thinking of through a shell / lockdown of some sort.
