Guest vnm Posted February 2, 2011 Report Posted February 2, 2011 (edited) Hello I have a problem with the language change of my omnia 2, official JJ1 windows mobile 6.5 ROM. A few days ago I flashed Twu2's JH2 Lite 6.5.3 Rom (and later this one with the same problem). It worked fine in english, but after I changed the language to german, i got WM 6.5 back. Is there any way to get WM 6.5.3 in german? Current Versions: PDA: I8000NXXJJ1 CSC: I8000DBTJF4 Phone: i8000XXJD1 I dont know much about flashing, so I did it like tacchan23 wrote in his guide. I only flashed PDA and CSC. I also can only flash .nb0 files. When I try to flash .mst files, i get an error during the flashing process. Where is the problem? Edited February 2, 2011 by vnm

Guest ahmadblu Posted February 18, 2011 Report Posted February 18, 2011 Also u can change CSC to any lang that u want
Guest CalvinH Posted February 18, 2011 Report Posted February 18, 2011 If you flash a "cooked" ROM and then change language, what the O2 is doing is recovering your last flashed "complete" ROM, the original one if you didn't flash any one. Whay I normally do when I want to flash a new "cooked" ROM is, first, flash all the ROM files from the original ROM that's the same version of the "coocked" one. Then I flash the cooked ROM. In that case, for example, if you flash with the complete JH2 multilanguage original ROM, then installa cooked ROM, and then change the language of the O2, the phone will revert to JH2 (6.5.3). As my english is not pretty fluid and I didn't even speak well my natural language, I think I didn't explained clearly what I wanted to say. Hope you understand or any experienced guy can translate this into english :D . Regards.
