How to Install:

Before installing CyanogenMod7, make sure you have the Latest Clockwork otherwise you will run into problems.

Once you know you have the latest clockwork then simply install Cyanogen then if you want gapps Click Here to download them then simply flash them on with clockwork.

I am not responsible if you obtain any misfortunes.

can anyone rebuild the "fixed" EGL libs? thats the only thing we miss from a "perfect" wednesday rom aside from the camera.

Also, do you have a screenshot of the keyboard?

I found out that having changed the DPI of the screen on my HTC Hero in build.prop and having Compatibility Mode ON in Spare Parts made the keyboard an odd size. Disabling Compatibility Mode in Spare parts fixed it.

someone care to try? I've not running CM7 yet on my Blade.

I am getting a bootloop at loader screen, have left it for 5 mins or so, am on 3.0.0.5 cwm, Not sure what the problem is.

Just flashed this myself and I did not get a bootloop.

I formatted /system seperately.

quick google brought this up for the on/off animation

1) I had the same problem. The reason was that I had turned off animations in Spare Parts. Set them to normal speed and the animations will probably work. Solved it for me.

hope that helps, also until the keyboard is sorted the gingerbread keyboard apk works fine.

instaled the keyboard HTC_IME v.27 and works very well and in normal size!
