Just partially fixed, looks like there is some kind of filter what can get the proper position of the fingers, and it works in the most cases (was trying to reproduce the bug for ten minutes, only one time yet)

Which CM are you using, as I'm on CM7 and still have the issue

Beta3. As I said, partially fixed. So, sometimes it occurs, sometimes not. But, the axes still get a bit snappy (they snap together) after a time.

I've been testing CM7 using punkmilitia's helpful repacks and so far so good! Here are some points which may or may not be of interest:

- Like others I've found the UI is more responsive when a live wallpaper is active

- Launcher pro is far smoother than the one bunded with CM; make sure you enable 'Keep in memory' in launcher pro settings

- The App drawer is jerky on both the CM launcher and laucher pro

- I get better performance in 2D and 3D games than FLB or JJ, but Youtube is jerky even in LQ

- So far the ROM has been completely stable. No crashes or freezes

- Battery life is good

Anyone having trouble installing the ROM, make sure you've applied the latest clockwork update from the official thread and do a full wipe.

Have one question; is it possible to enable AHB overlocking like in JJ?

Big thanks to Tom G and everyone else involved! Thoroughly impressed.

I dont think overclocking will be necessary if we get an official cyanogen mod,the performance will be good enough

AHB overclock would improve the performance by about 40-50% :P

Tried hitting home. No joy :P

Did you definitely get the gapps for cm7? I accidentally flashed gapps for cm6 the first time I did it and got the same problem, you need gapps for cm7 specifically.

There's no such thing as too much performance. Especially with Armv6...

Beta3 has no linking problems, so Angry Birds is working now :P

There is when that performance means you don't even get 1 day out of the battery.

Hmm, I haven't tried Angry Birds, but Angry Birds Seasons is still FC'ing when I load it...

EDIT: so is Angry Birds for me too (am using BladeCyanogen7B3r2.zip rather than the Beta3, as I needed the APN list)

Having to disconnect battery after every call as screen stays blank, & Angry bird force closes for me on beta 3 so i dont know how you guys are doing it (not important as i dont play the game but), when i tested it last night for a user it didnt work...

I have two problems (probably more, but I gave up after discovering these two).

1. After making a phone call my screen is black, and I have to remove the battery. I thought this was solved?

2. Everyone calling me gets a busy line.

I tried punkmilitias CM 7 B3r2, but I've had the same problems with earlier versions.

This is where, undervolting comes in !

I hope we get an undervolted kernel so we can have a decent battery life :P

Try moving angry birds to the phone storage and see if it works. It force closed for me when it was on SD-card but not on phone. So that's another bug with beta3, atleast for me.

Thanks, sorted it. Works on phone storage then... I didn't set anything particular about phone storage/SD settings though, AFAIK it works normally on other ROMs when on phone storage. Edited by Ashenfall

That is actually a bug in the main CM branch, so, DO NOT SET DEFAULT INSTALLATION TO SD!
