seems like my phone is burning thru battery FAAAAST after applying the BT patch.

I've got wifi off, BT on (not synced up, but I wanna make sure it works when I hop into the car)

Gone down from 80% to 48% in under 3 hours, couple quick calls.... been on twitter twice.

I think with these latest updates, bluetooth does not go into deep sleep (this is probably what cause idle problems for us) so it will probably drain much if you leave it on at not use it (usage drainage should be the same). for people who use in car i would recommend looking for way to plug the phone into powerjack

it doesn't happens to me, just tried, i've made a call, then while the call was in progress, i've run dolphin browser hd, and i was able to browse

internet websites without problems, even after i've closed the call, internet was usable without problem.

Far as i know, we can not have gprs (2g) web browsing and call at the same time :huh:

are you using 3g or wifi?

When I first got my liquid I had problems with the routers' SSID randomly disappearing from the list overnight. I found other people had similar problems and after a lot of searching on forums (and trial and error myself) some solutions were found. Different things work for different people. The problem may not be with this ROM, so it's worth trying:

If your router has the option of 20MHz or 40MHz set it to 20. When I had my problems I discovered eventually that it was because my router switched between 20 and 40 automatically. For some reason, my liquid would only 'see' the network if it was broadcasting at 20MHz. (I have no idea if that's a general problem/limitation with all Liquids or just mine but after I set it to broadcast at only 20MHz I had no more problems - I have a new router now which doesn't give the option).

Other people later suggested that Liquids cannot support 13 channels, so try setting your router/AP to only use a channel up to 11.

my router just supports 20mhz, but i used channal 13 and never had proplem with my liquid and befor i deleted the working connection i didnt had problems with this rom too. i changed the channel to 9 and it works :huh:

To use sdcard as mass storage just replace /etc/vold.fstab

with this one

adb remount

adb push vold.fstab /system/etc/vold.fstab

adb reboot

for everyone is using app2sd (ext partition) have to remove /system/bin/sdfix file, too. Later we will repack all in an update.zip

I have app2ext but it seems to work also without this procedure for vold.fstab and sdfix , is it mandatory?

Hello, I tried Xian / Koud rel with 2.1 Rom on CM6 and it was marvellous , best rom I ever tried. Now it's amazing, ... but after I flash Bt patch I lost wifi ( didn't tried before, though) , now it turns off after 10/20 second by itself , doesn't find anything ,tried all setting in advanced.

Donation will follow ( if data plan doesn't spoil me) .

edit : sdcard linked to the USB in the car but it was impossible to exit from the green android page, had to take out.battery

sdfix file is needed anymore.. So you can safely remove it

I have EDGE/2G (no 3g service), after phone call the data connection icon is still on but cant go to any sites. I have to manually turn off and then on the data connection in settings every time. Never had this problem on other roms.

Guys please before report an issue, read first post (known problems). This problem is repoted at least 1000 times

Couple things:

-Anyone still facing the issue with the Market crashing / going back menus? Occasionally I just have to force close, but its now rebooting my entire phone. I've attempted to reinstall several version with no success.

-Since the Dario Meizu M9 rom is based on the chocolate tree kernal, how hard would be it to get a Meizu M9 Theme for this ROM? I'm a novice programmer, but tempted to give it a shot.

updated first page, with ed2 of touch-bluetooth patch, this time it should replace sdfix file and also it has updated ramdisk to enable lpm to get bluetooth idle (hope this improves battery life with bluetooth on for people! :huh:)

Since the initial release of these rom, after some reboots, I get the phone switching on and off the aero-mode in a crazy way.

I tried the last release with the very last patch by koudelka right now and at the third reboot the symptom reappeared.

Someone knows hot to overcome this very strange and annoying behaviour ?

Thanks anyway for the potentially great rom that I will continue to try when new versions will be released, in the mean time I'm going back to miui.

Edit: Looking into alogcat I found that apparently the problem isthe library /cache/d/system/lib/libril-acer-1.so

i've flashed the ed3 and then the bt & touchscreen fix but the audio the notification's come out from the internal speaker

:S

EDIT: when the rom boots the notification comes normally from the rear speaker

after a call the notifications begin to come from the internal speaker

yes i got the same problem

edit1: my notification sound come out from ear speaker even though i patched the audio patch :huh:

since flashing the bluetooth-touchscreen_patch_ed2 and audio_patch2 I've been experiencing an annoysing problem with the activation of flying mode.

it randomly goes on and there's no carrier line.. why?
