Removing dust between screen layers?

Thanks for the answer, I have tried it a couple of times. Maybe I need to try a couple more times and possibly try your paper trick.

Tried loads more times and still no joy :P

Looks as though I may have bricked the phone somehow unless anyone can provide any further advise (he asks hopefully...). Beginning to wish I had just left the dust there!

Did you ever get your screen working again?

Hi guyz!

I have an odd question. On of my collague broke his digitizer on his zte blade. He tryed to buy a new one. The seller told him that it is not just an easy digitizer replace thing. You need to somehow attach it with a software to the device's OS, so the device would be able to use it. Can this be true? Isn't it just a simple take apart replace and put back together thing ?

As far as I can tell the digitizer and front glass screen are all one unit. The LCD display sits behind that and is separate.

As long as you replace like for like then it should just be a case of firing the phone back up and use it.
