MIUI 1.5.27 for Liquid (Android 2.3.4) update

i tried reinstall my bin, reflash 1.4.22, but still same, i cant go in loading screen, it stuck at Acer with Android logo screen

Having similar problems here. The rom boots, but as soon as I plug in the USB cable the phone restarts and gets stuck on the boot screen.

Nope, still reboots & hangs when connecting USB cable, even with the patch :)

Patch usage:

1, wipe all (recovery version under 0.61, needs wipe one by one).

2, flash 4.22 MIUI.

3, flash patch.

4, reboot.

5,enjoy your miui.

Yeah, of course I followed that.... didn't work.

I'm trying on 4.008.08.EMEA.VFIT_256_bin, let's see if it goes any better.

EDIT: didn't work... am I the only one with this problem?

Thanks so much! The rom looks great, I had to change the language to english manually (luckily I can read a few chinese signs). One big problem:

- Still no data connection :) I am on fido, no 2G or 3G, any ideas? What is the recommended BIN for this one?

To change the language to english:

- click menu button

- click settings (bottom left, with the little gear)

- choose the system tab (third from the right)

- chose the language and input settings, (second from top with little keyboard)

- choose select language (second from top, it will say chinese, in chinese :)

- choose the right english setting

- tada!

dun connect ur usb when reboot, jz now i also stuck when i reboot(i am charging), i take out then reboot then ok liow

I wonder if someone could link me the tut to port languages cause I can't find it anymore, so I can create a french language patch.

Phoenix's first eng version works so far.. no reboots etc..

So, who don't managed to boot Phoenix one there is an alternative rom.

@Lens_flare: why not try work at other major issues such as camcorder and ram optimization so that apps don't get killed at random... Just a suggestion - Great work :)

Then with quickboot I rebooted, and now my phone is stuck on the acer (android) screen.

Going to reflash witouth the kernel patch.

if have EXT partition, the first boot will automatically reboot a few times, then went to normal.

probably is a ram problem because before restoring all my applications worked fine. With all applications I have 6 pages full of the launcher

Don't restore your apps, it's dangerous in 2.3.3 :)
