1.5.6 doesn't remember the settings, so once you restart you will probably loose all your settings.

Also, wifi doesn't get the IP Address automatically once the new kernel is flashed.

I would advice to stick to 1.4.29 for now..its really good..

for such issues just use a different boot.img, cm7 or leogingerbread one, im using the boot.img of leoginger and i dont have any issues (:

1) there is no qwertz keyboard only an qwerty. can i install an german keyboard?

2) can i install an german translation? which translation is the right desire/nexus/milestone or an liquid "special" (but found no)?

Instead of the boot.img, try using this..

Pasto said that the signal issue was because of the cache..this patch fixed the cache issue and the signal should be back..

I flashed this over my 1.5.6 with the CM kernel and it fixed my signal loss, for now anyway. Thanks!

Does anyone know how to install a WiFi certificate on this MIUI rom? I don't find the option anywhere!

EDIT: Found the option in the "security" settings, but it doesn't work... the "use secure credentials" switch is grayed out, and the "Install from SD card" button just shows the message "no certificate found" message. Any clues?

Now I have installed MIUI 1.5.6

My problem

1. sensor magnetic compass not work. Can't used compass, Bubble level

2.Too much low GPS and network signal

3.Can't open sygic 3.0 (navigatro program)

How to solve this bug.

Kernel is from thepasto's CM7(new one). I've also integrated Dario's Sd fix, not sure that it's work, my sd is quite special :unsure:

And I have no bugs so far.

Camcoder is just the same..
