Push mail service in window mobile

hi can any one tell me how to use the push mail service in our device omnia pro .

I dont want to wait for 5 min or everytime press send and recieve .

is there any way that the email is delived as soon as it arives .

configure it with activesync. I use it that way with hotmail. Also works with gmail.

Here are the official instructions from google. It worked for my phone pretty good.

If you get error while syncing, go at sync options and disable the syncing of tasks. Its not supported by google.

About yahoo, never tried, a google search should give back some solutions.
