Guest bobhero Posted March 29, 2011 Report Posted March 29, 2011 anyone figure out how to make the gps not disconnect with primo 1.2?
Guest bobhero Posted March 29, 2011 Report Posted March 29, 2011 you tried in [gps] set_messages=0 Dado, if it's not too much trouble, could you please post your entire sys.txt for 1.2. Thank you.
Guest Bogeyman13 Posted March 30, 2011 Report Posted March 30, 2011 (edited) you tried in [gps] set_messages=0 Unfortunately none of these solutions work to prevent gps to disconnect on i8000. This version is for PNA, and not mobile phones. We need to wait for new version. Edited March 30, 2011 by Bogeyman13

Guest bobhero Posted March 31, 2011 Report Posted March 31, 2011 here is my sys.txt Thanks. I still have the frequent disconnects and loss of signal errors. Which ROM and Phone version are you using?
Guest Dado... Posted March 31, 2011 Report Posted March 31, 2011 (edited) original WM 6.5 ROM, version you have in my signature p.s. you tried fhis fix? http://www.modaco.com/content/i8000-verizo...0-wm6-5-gpsfix/ Edited March 31, 2011 by Dado...
Guest Bogeyman13 Posted March 31, 2011 Report Posted March 31, 2011 Dado, is your signal stable also when navigating or just when not moving? Because I don't loose the signal if I'm not moving. When I start to follow the route, it starts to disconnect every few seconds.
