No online play unfortunately. The chess engine is pretty basic, but the game does support installation of better chess engines. I'll try a reboot (I normally just put it into suspend mode between sessions) and report back Edit - rebooted and it still won't install apps - it clearly is downloading them and then the prompt says it's installing them but then says "installation unsuccessful" This is a rare problem with the market, im sure creating a ne gmail acount fixes it. Guest worto03 Posted April 5, 2011 Report Share Posted April 5, 2011 galcon is pretty good for a pickup and play game if you like fast paced stratagy - shame the AI isn't better, it only seems gets harder by hiding information from you and by increasing the starting 'troops' for the AI but there is an online multiplayer on which I haven't managed to win a single game yet! Loads first part but once i log in and select play is locks up and can only exit by holding down power button. doe sit load on yours? If so what rom are you on? I am using the latest modaco one. The game includes great, 'video style', instructions and over 250 solitaire games. The games can be ordered and searched in several ways and the games you like the most can be placed in the Favorites list for quicker access. Ignore the screen-shots, the game looks great on the VEGA and works in both landscape and portrait. It cost me £5.99, its a great game to show off tegra ii. What ROM are you using 'cos I tried this and found it very jerky in DRIVE mode. I'm using corvus5 with 1.4ghz overclock. Luckily I managed to download, try and return in 14 1/2 minutes so was able to get my money back, but really wanted to use it. Thanks for any advice.
