i had the same problem , i wiped and then flashed it again and it was fine, if that doesnt work go back to the stock rom and then reflash gingerbread

Hallo, first of all i want to say thanks to Dario for this wonderful rom!

I flashed last 5.0 two days ago, all was working well until the first night i shut off the phone, in fact the phone cannot restart and i had to reflash all.

By the way after that, all was working very well (even the proximity sensor vithout sanity), today i noticed a strange thing with sd: when i mount it and copy something from pc to sd everithing seems to work, and in pc i see that what i copied was really copied on the phone. But when i disconnect the phone, like a sort of magic everithing i copied disappears from sd whithout leave any trace.

Restarting the phone sometimes what i copied reappears!

I tried to reformat my sd but nothing! :unsure:

i had the same problem with the sd when i was trying to put music on it, once i had dismounted it had vanished, havnt fixed it yet

i had the same problem with the sd ... I put some files and after dismount they disappear...

I have a problem with my sd.. specially buy a new SD(what a fool I was :unsure: ) and what I saw? My files still transfering to VOID! What can you say now?

My brand new SD is transcend 8GB class 6(damn customers: "We have no class 10 for now").

have already been a solution for the broken camcoder?

It's a common issue of many 2.3 rom. It's not your fault neighter your sd card.

This is also the reason why I don't use 2.3 rom for now.

As soon as it will be corrected, I'll switch back to it.

Well, with most of latest versions out there, I also have this SD card issue. I transfer files but file list isn't updated to my phone, or, files are transfered and once I unplug it, theses exact same files disapear.

i've a small small problem.

When my phone rings (for example, when there is an incoming call) it rings once.

If i select a ring tone for example: RRRING, i expect that my phone rings continuosly: RRRING RRRING RRRING etc, but it rings once.

How can i solve? Thank you

I solved this issue editing the "ring.mp3" file with audacity and making it 60s long (repeating it more time).

In this way the ringtone don't stop itself :unsure:

Test result of v5.0:

- Installed apps will disappear after reboot.

- The installed apps appear after fixing uid mismatch in the recovery mode, however, after reboot the device normally, apps disappeared again.

- Have tried app2ext, apps still missing after reboot.

Anybody got the same problem?

V5.0 is great! everything goes smoothly!

but I can't use usb connection, did anyone have this problem?

everytime I connect phone to PC, it gets reboot immediately and then boot loop.

I have the same issue even wiped manually and re installed still have the issue. Only got it to connect to pc one time with out rebooting not sure how. Any solutions. I usually connected to the pc just to charge because of convenience. please fix this issue and the rom is about perfect.

hey just wanted to post about a problem I had with upgrading baseband with this ROM. For some reason windows did not want to load my phone properly. When I installed the LiquidMetal ROM, windows was able to see my phone and the A1 DL Tool was able to see my phone.

For those people who are quick to judge and can't be arsed to look themselves.

You can use wildcards with adb push

Syntax

adb push <path on pc>\* /path/to/device/folder

Example

adb push "c:\docs\*" /sdcard

will transfer all files in the docs folder to your phones sd card

i just use multimount sd card app for such problems, i always transfer 3Gb+to my sd without problem

Sorry for my ENG.

I've been watching the topic, more than a month, as I have over 4.002.14 EMEA GEN1 3.20 version ROM. It worked perfectly: with enabled Internet, with frequent reading books and using googlemaps ROM holding the battery about 2 days without problems. Settings CPU CM7 were: powersafe, relative frequency of the processor is not changed.

But there were problems: The Proximity Sensor is not working, sometimes after a call the phone refused to respond to any action with him, apps is not installed on the cd card. In principle, all these problems mentioned above and I decided to wait for the new ROM.

After the release of 4.28 I installed 4.002.14 EMEA GEN1, did wipe, all as in the first post. Problems began with boot, which mentioned above. As soon as 5.0 came out, I again made wipe and flashed the new firmware. Phone rebooted "from sneezing", incoming calls are recorded in the call list, but the phone did not rings up and does not display incoming call and the caller received a busy tone.

Soon, once got 5.0 beta 2, I did a full wipe, flashed 4.002.14 EMEA GEN1, installed Malez 0.6.1, did a wipe, flashed 5.0 beta2 and got the phone without the problems that were in 3.20.

But now I have new problems:

1. With battery is something strange:

After the battery is fully charged from the power with switched off internet (shut off in power widget from launcher), battery lives of around 3 days with 10-20 phone calls in day and FBReader about 1-2 hours.

But after turning on the Internet, through the Power widget (Internet + GPS + sync), the battery, even if you do not run any applications, do not lives more than 12 hours. In memory is the same applications that without the Internet. In this case, the battery is constantly heated, looks like someone uses it constantly. If you disable the Internet via the widget, the battery will expire in 18 hours. In the initial state phone can only lead if you do off of the internet and charge from power, not from usb.

Usb charging lasts for 30 minutes and battery will expire in 1 day, not more, without internet.

Could anyone help me to solve this problem?

2. After finishing the call, the phone sometimes is blocked. Cut off the autolock of the phone - did not help. Tell me what can i do with it?

3. Application Yandex.Maps not working correctly: does not specify a location, do not loads the the map and not loads the layers. At 3.20 - worked without problems. The Goggle.Maps works on 5.0 without problems.

i tried, but after when i'm flashed, the camcoder was stopped (force closed ... message), metal camera zip too.
