I solved the problem by formatting my card with A2SD be found in menu GUI applications. I then spent my applications on the SD card and the cache. initiation of the swap and more problems.

In the meantime, you can start using DT A2SD. Your problem will be solved.

Ok, thank's at all. But ................. what's logcat :( ? I think is a log file.... where i find it ?

And another question; in which menu i find SetCPU to reduce overcloccking ?

P.S:

With the CM6.1-Pulse0.40 version 0.30 / 0.32 , the problem of reboot ( when install from the market) don't exist.

This is a ROM based on Tom G's CyanogenMod 0.40, with most of twrock's f0.3.2 fixes and with some tweaks and additions of my own.

This can be considered an "evolution" of twrock's Basic ROM.

I have the same problem. When installing from market, phone reboot in random mode (not always).

I have U8230 too ..... can to be this the problem ??

delete the market data!

You will solve the problem in seconds!

If that doesn't work, perform FIX PERMISSIONS from the Rom Manager.

emergency assistance when installing the application throws the phone reset

i did 3 things to solve that on my phone with this rom. (good rom btw)

1 ) run the a2sd gui and move cache to sd card

2) disable cyanogenmod a2sd setting for save apps to sd card. (should be off pr. default but thats what i did here)

3) run romanager -> fix permissions

reboot

now i can install without reboots :( experiment it could just be step 3 that solves the problem

I did the same to new UK2.1 update. ran it on Kitchen. this CM6 feels lagy aftre that. :(

restarts when overclocking. Try to set SetСPU and reduce the maximum acceleration to 633

It is overclocked to 710MHz, so you may have to use SetCPU (http://www.mediafire.com/?0d55mhv53hx8f5t) to decrease the max cpu frequency.

Use "Barnacle Wifi Tether" from the market. Then open settings and check "Skip wpa_supplicant". Then you can share your connection with your new ipad ;)

I've tried barnacle but even with the skip wpa option i cant tether. I says its working but I've checked it with my wifi pc, laptop, ps3, wifes phone nothing detects it.

I have the same problem -> Log is attached to this posting.

It was done on a U8230 when trying to install SetCPU.apk via OI File Manager. It also reboots when I try to install anything from the Market. Interestingly, I also had this bug on twrock's 3.2f ROM and its predecessor -> it always seemed to be related to GAPPS. Why do I think that? Because I used to modify twrock's GAPPS zip by throwing out stuff I don't need and replacing some apps with smaller versions from Cyanogenmod's MDIP tiny GAPPS zip for the HTC Magic (same screen resolution as the Pulse/U8320) -> with my modified GAPPS, the rebooting bug was *not* present. Oh, and I always stay away from DT's A2SD, so this wasn't flashed.

Aside from the problem, this ROM looks to be excellent. Great Work on all the updates and fixes, AntonioPT. Also, special thanks to anegin for fixing the dreaded bug in the camera app, I didn't think we would ever get rid of it :(

Related to the APK installing problem: Installing the ROM only first, then booting, installing an APK (like setcpu), it should work, and then go back to clockworkmod and install Gapps. Solves the problem for me.

Most likely related to the Gapps doing something to the installing system. If I don't go through the above procedure, installing Gapps directly then going through an APK (no market) would fail, too.

To use droidwall, you must flash my custom kernel

with this kernel phone cyclically reboots. My machine runs stably only at 691 MHz. with any core overclocked to 710 MHz phone will not boot

I had the reboot problem when installing apps. Doing a2sd reinstall from Terminal Emulator has sorted it out. :(
