adb help needed

hi i have a n700 i removed phone apk and father d kindly gave me commands to push phone.apk to device.i think adb is setup ok i have a adb device in windows device manager when i key in adb devices it shows my device.it wont let me push anything to it when i try is says permission denied.

when start adb shell it gives me the dollar sign,if i try anything from here it says permission denied.

if i type su it gives me the hash and the phone says it has given unknown superuser status.but when i try to push or any other command it just says not found.please bear with me i am a newbie but i have a great device stuck at the tap the android screen and it is doing my head in please any help possible many thanks in advance
