My n700 when starts it sticks on welcome screen - is there a fix or best return to shop...

Have you flashed a custom Recovery or Rom?

If so .. start it in recovery (power on with BOTH vol button depressed) and select factory reset

WARNING: this will lose all your settings and data, but if the option is a return to shop, this should be at least worth a try!
