* daemon started successfully *

Are you sure you have the right USB drivers loaded? I had that message until I used USBDeview to remove the originals and replace with the ones supplied. Though I am not on 7 still Vista.

Hope that helps

I spend a full day tryng to get it to work with windows 7 , i don't know if iit's sp1 problem,.

In the end the only way was to cheat! !!!!!$ use a virtual pc installed with xp

So look up virtualbox and get a copy of xp to install !!!

I had the same problem, could never seem to find the driver to replace. So I uninstalled all drivers. Installed the Andriod SDK. Connected my device. Then the drivers to replace actually appeared and then I could replace them as per the instructions.
