All the videos captured by the camera are at 11fps. Was that the case with 2.2 ROMS? - is it a hardware limitation?

edit: about the file, it's corrupt as in can't even unzip.

Guess the guys had a load of builds to load, an error is not unexpected.

It's a bummer, nevertheless. But on the bright side, this nightly should essentially be exactly the same as hecataes self build from last night. There are no more entries added in the changelog since then.
