Guest shaun-mahony Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 What do you mean crashed? Are you performing a full wipe before flashing? i am yes, but every time it just says failed to sinstall? anything else?
Guest shaun-mahony Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 What do you mean crashed? Are you performing a full wipe before flashing? by full wipe do you mean wipe data/factory reset, because that is what i am doing. I am also wiping the cache partition, but as i try to install it says install aborted, and failed to install. anything at all that i am doing wrong?
Guest Ron=) Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 Is the cocked up accelerometer issue sorted out yet?
Guest mELIANTE Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 N37 ...slickest nightly yet; app draw scrolling like butter for me. Great job fellas! :) If you use live wallpapers how is the homescreen transition?
Guest alex1alex2alex3alex4 Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 i play games for about an hour and half each day (plus loads of other stuff like music and web browsing) with the right management of your device [using apps to control things like switching to 2g data when screen is off etc] you can make cm7 last about 2 days even with moderatly heavy usage (including overclock to 729mhz!) i'm very happy with battery life these days :) I just charged at 22% after 7 1/2 days today (light use of the device, though) :) And it turned itself off while being charged (n36) :) Rebootet instantly after having been unplugged ...
Guest shaun-mahony Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 If you use live wallpapers how is the homescreen transition? can you help me out plz? the 2.3 roms wont install, but the 2.2 ones will, i am doing everything correctly? or so i think? any suggetsions?

Guest harmohn Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 If you use live wallpapers how is the homescreen transition? I don't really, but I just tried the Nexus LW (on default ADW) and I do see a split second pause in animation of the LW when swiping from screen to screen.

You need to update your clockwork mod version If your phone is Gen1 then flash this via clockwork http://android.podtwo.com/recovery/recover...date_signed.zip Then the 2.3 roms will also work!
Guest shaun-mahony Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 Have you checked the package downloaded ok? Md5 hashcheck with astro? well i have 2 of these phones, i have a cracked screen on one (still works) and on the cracked screen one, the 2.3 roms will install, and i am following the same method,/ download/file, but on the hand set that doesnt have a cracked screen ironicaly, it wont install. But they are both first gen, anything else? :)

The mobile signal, 3G and WiFi indicators on the notification bar alternate between being white and green, what exactly does this mean? thanks I believe that when it is green, it simply means that you are connected to google services and not for white. :)
Guest mickey megabyte Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 or it could be the theming is fooked... i've noticed on several builds that the green can be slow to kick in. very minor problem-ette. (but still a problem)
Guest KelticDaz Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 anyone tried n37? whats the verdict? are the shutdown gps issues sorted? It's a faster rom to me, no doubt. Unfortunately, the gps shutdown bug is still present.
