I'm using the latest Nightly from April 20th. Well, the latest fix for dhcp-something did the trick for my blade. My battery impressively improved. I get about 60 hours off of one charge. So please, freeze this state, declare it CM7.2 stable release and move on to CM9. ;)

I'm using the nightly from 15th April and the battery life is signficantly better than the modify ROMs I've been using recently. Not quite as impressive as the battery life you seem to be achieving but for how I use my phone, it's about as good as I've had with my blade.

Ah ok, I would try doing that if I had a clue how to do it. im pretty much a noob in my opinion

Targetbsp are you sure that this link is to Sej's kernel? According to its size (89,91MB) it looks like rom not kernel.

you'd flash them in clockwork the same way you do the rom or gapps.

Having said that, the one you quoted as sejs kernel, I'd actually put the wrong link there and its sejs full rom. So you sould flash that as it includes his kernel and the new EGL libs already. It pre-dates the dhcp fix though.

Anyone having problems enabling Mobile Data in the recent CM7 releases (nighties, sej)? Connects after fresh reboot, but later - not. That's on European Gen2 blade.

I've got three blades (2 with 5mp cam and 1 with 3,2 mp cam).

Now, with the 5mp Blades I havn't no problem with actual

gen2 roms (targetsp, sej, cm 7 nightly ..), but for

3,2mp Blade (Orange San Francisco) the camera don't

work.

I tried it with the original camera app and with vignette, too.

The viewer shows only black and if I take a picture blind, the

app freezes.

First I think, the camera hardware is defect, but if I reinstall

the stock rom (gen1), there is no problem with camera apps.

Could it be, that actual roms (Gingerbread cm based) doesn't

support the 3,2mp cam or what else is the problem?

maybe you should stay on gen1 stock rom ;)

play with the other 2 blades ;)

How to create update.zip file? I need to create such file for several 'base' applications to avoid install applications manually. I know there is titanium and other applications but why don't prepare such zip manually?

Is there any good tutorial? Additionally I use s2e...

What rom did u apply it to? It was based on the framework-res.apk file of cm7 april 20 nightly so it wont work on non-cm7 roms. I should have said that, sorry. If you want, I can make a patch for the cm7.1 stable.

Well you don't have to but will have a lot of wasted space in the system partition.
