Just a guess, but since the stable (n38), it has been exaclty 12 days. 38+12 = 50.

could be, 50 is a nightly so not considered stable.

Suppose someone will know why, but you may be right.. :)

Since "upgrading" to GEN 2 I would like what would be considered a release of CM7 other than a nightly then we can all help and contribute by providing bug reports for things like the GPS reboot issue.

really startig to regret GEN2 though, the only differece I can see between 1 and 2 is, I can't use GPS anymore lol

You do not have to use this ROM though.

I am using LanceH's Respin 5 (a variant of SS) and it works a treat. It has USB tethering, a working radio, no powering off when on charge, a functioning GPS and even Angry Birds Rio plays good enough to be usable. LanceH does a good kob.

Until the devs acknowledge and pick up on the GPS issue (they have accepted the powering off one) I can't use this any more as a day to day ROM and I'm very pleasantly surprised at how capable the SS ROM's are.

Doesn't seem to be rebboting now, but I can't get a lock on GPS?

Edit: just got a 40 metre lock (have full lock on COPilot), will play about and see if I can induce a reboot.

The only thing I have done is switch off GPS and rebooted a few times.

updated nightly 51 over 42 and it's stuck on green man

EDIT: had USB plugged in, removed and flashed again, now up and running. Will report on GPS shortly.

Does anyone know what this means in changelog "Blade: Update recovery_ui.c"

ui may stand for user interface. But than again, I don't know what that means.
