That's the weird part. :) Not complaining, though.

Does anyone know what this means in changelog "Blade: Update recovery_ui.c"

ui may stand for user interface. But than again, I don't know what that means.

https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_devi...33493ca72638f60

in red has been removed

green has been added

and power off has been added

Looks like it adds a power off option th recovery http://review.cyanogenmod.com/#patch,sideb...y/recovery_ui.c

Perfect for me, as the reboot option often results in my phone hanging at the splash screen. Powering off then powering on would probably solve this

Is the newer gen2 GPS bug just on TFT phones, or does it also affect OLED models?

This feature must be on a newer version of clockwork?,

I wonder if it's safe to update it with Rom Manager to get the updated version?

Rom Manager says current and latest version is 3.0.1.4 and that bricked my recovery last time, obviously been Gen1.

Using Jacobs 3.0.2.4 at the moment, and no new power off feature available.

Any one know?

edit..for anyone using Rom Manager do not update the clockwork recovery(it's not Gen2 yet),

wait for a newer version, use Jacobs or Sebs

N51 is the latest nightly. But what did you expect? Have you even read the changelog? This specific bug isn't mentioned at all. So relax and try the workaround.

CAN SOMEONE CONFIRM ONE THING?

if anybody plays miami vindication here, please check if there are still graphics glitches in the game because i tried 10 different nightly versions and all of them have this error but the game seems to be working fine on 2.2 froyo roms so it's not my GPU which is screwed..can someone please confirm this?

EDIT: I believe, accelerometer issue is still not fixed=?

It's mainly a warning for people who flash from a 2.2 rom and restore titanium apps with the user data, or anything else backed up like that, Google contacts, etc should be fine.

This makes no sense? Do you mean that anyone who restores user apps ie the contacts app with titanium shouldn't do it, but user apps backed up with Google's Cloud service are okay? Please be more clear in future, as I knew what you meant as I already knew this, but a lot of people would not.

Calm down, you haven't even told us what Blade you're running or what Nightly etc! If the game works fine on 2.2 then it's obviously a CM7 issue. If you want the game to work, go back to 2.2.

Pah, you're just grumpy, because now there is a way back and forth between Gen1 & 2. Just not for you.

Isn't Karma a great bitch?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure why I should be bothered by this? Especially considering there is...

Nor should you, really, considering you'll be on RC4 forever.

You shouldn't be apologising, it was all my fault! RC4 really was awful, and I'm just about to upgrade to Gen2 myself. Can't believe I insulted the devs that many times. What was I thinking?!

Glad to know :) It's good to see you've seen sense.

Also is the accelerometer working fine in N51? i have two issues with CM7,

1. Graphics glitch when playing gameloft games

2. Accelerometer problem when playing games such as doodle jump because it's least reactive.

I'm on Gen1..and the only thing i'm interested in CM7 is because of the ability to change screen temp colors because i find blue color annoying.

My Phone is G2 and N51. Ok, GPS not work, but if i install the cm7_gen2 converter ver 3 "kallt_kaffe" GPS works, Confuse?

Let's wait , everything has its time...
