Guest qwertymz Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 charge issue still remains, Tom's working on a fix though. hmm. I just presumed, since bug tracker lists it as shouldbefixed.
Guest alex1alex2alex3alex4 Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 update from N54 without wipe...? Yes, no full wipe required, wiping cache + Dalvik cache recommended, but you don't lose any data.
Guest okornel Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 So, is this the stable release for gen2 blades? :)
Guest dadashi Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 (edited) So, is this the stable release for gen2 blades? :) I just tested Aura, fixed GPS position very quickly. Ended Aura and started it again after 5 minutes, Android shutdown and rebooted and stuck at little green man... :) remove battery to start again... GPS problem still lurking....only it stays at boot screen after reboot! EDIT: After a couple of reboots Aura navigation works OK. I can stop the app and start it again without a reboot... :( Thanks to the devs... Edited April 25, 2011 by dadashi
Guest nofx1984 Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 update from N54 without wipe...? Just done that! No wipe required. GPS reboots now fixed. Anyone having the issue of Facebook app crashing? (process com.facebook.katana) Had it since Nightly 41...
Guest DokuP Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 (edited) 7.0.2 works perfect on my Gen. 1 Blade!! WLAN connection Problem seems to be fixed now. No need to use "bladewififix"! Thanx DP Edited April 25, 2011 by DokuP
Guest CaptainSpectacular Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 Hey people. Someone know why my back button LED turn on (RED color) alone ? oO I've already see this bug early but it's still here with 7.0.2. Thanks.

Guest dadashi Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 I've only been able to get Google Maps and Aura working on the new CMs....Navigon and Mobile Maps cause a force close... Anyone have the same experience?

If it is, and you can repeat that bug, using Google Maps as well then please post back with the above method you used to reproduce the issue so that others can try. It might be some people are trying it once and assuming it is fixed. I am suggesting Google Maps as not everyone will have Aura installed. EDIT: Just seen your new post - Mobile Maps 10 worked fine for me when I used CM7 but that was going back to n39. From then it just rebooted. Now I'm using a variation of SS and so I do not know if it still applies. Edited April 25, 2011 by dibbles

GMaps and Aura both work fine now after restarting the app a couple of times as well, no more reboots..that only happened straight after I installed 7.0.0.2 and a couple of reboots fixed that... Shame Navigon and Mobile Maps aren't working...Navigon is my favourite, but as long as AUra works it's ok, I've downloaded all the Maps available for AUra as they're free...
Guest stephen m Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 7.0.2 Thanks - testing now, as always had to use Bladefix with previous roms inc. nightlies. Thanks to KK for his converter zip

Glad it seems to be ok for you. Do you prefer Aura over Mobile Maps 10 and does it perform as good...? I have found MM to be very responsive. Is Aura just as good...? Can you have Aura and MM on at the same time, as they both use a "maps" folder..? Edited April 25, 2011 by dibbles
Guest dadashi Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 Aura is the new navigation from sygic, I think mobile maps is being phased out...Aura has it's own file and the maps file is in there, not spread out all over the sdcard like MM...it's defintely better than mm and main thing, it works in CMx....
Guest Freekers Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 FYI 7.0.2 is NOT compatible with GEN1 phones without converting it. Just 'bricked' my phone. Long live Clockworkmod !!!

Guest supermies123 Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 I'm confused. Some people say GPS is working correctly in 7.0.2 but others say it still has problems??
Guest stephen m Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 Those who have had time to test - which is better 7.0.2 on N55 ?
Guest sm4tik Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 Those who have had time to test - which is better 7.0.2 on N55 ? You decide, http://cm-nightlies.appspot.com/?device=blade
Guest alex1alex2alex3alex4 Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 Those who have had time to test - which is better 7.0.2 on N55 ? They appear to be identical, they just changed the build level to turn N55 into an "official 7.0 release".
Guest stephen m Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 You decide, http://cm-nightlies.appspot.com/?device=blade I take it you are referring to issues with 7.0.1 ? Just thought I put it to the forum with repeated discssions around GPS, wi-fi etc.

Guest Android.Fan Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 Guys, using Gen1 with KK converter, which converter you would recommend? With AHB or without AHB? I'm just going to flash 7.0.2 and double minded which one I should use.
Guest solidslash Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 (edited) Also, will 7.0.2 after being converted to be gen1-compatible have all the new features and fixes? edit: thanks flibblesan Edited April 25, 2011 by solidslash
